I would recommend Katie to family and friends who are ready to take control of their journey. Katie takes care of everything, you just need to change. The weekly check-ins feel like a pep talk, a reality check, and a hug all in one. When I started working with Katie, I was bingeing 3-4 times a week, meticulously counting macros, overtraining, and was incredibly reluctant to drop some of those habits. Katie is patient, meets me where I'm at, and guides me to understand what I need to do. As I have continued to see mental and physical progress, it is becoming easier and easier and drop those old habits and put all my trust in Katie.
