  • We teach clients the WHY behind It all. You will grow to understand proper training volume/intensity, the importance of enjoying training & performance goals, discover what balanced nutrition looks like for you

    to allow you to feel your best, nervous system support, intuitive eating principles, and how to adopt a growth mindset.

    Our work together will focus on your goals and include psyche work relevant to your unique challenges so that getting ‘unstuck’ and living the life you’ve been dreaming of happens as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  • It’s extremely helpful to keep some type of food log, especially at the beginning of the program - but there are so many options on how to do so! 

    One thing I always promise my clients is that I will never ask you to weigh, measure, or count anything you eat! In fact; I like to make estimating servings as simple as possible, and you’ll learn how to inside!

    Our goal at the end of this is that you’ll be able to think less about food, not more.

  • Nope! Your program will be designed uniquely for you - including where you prefer to workout and the equipment you have available or are comfortable using (even if that’s just your body)!

  • Your first step is to submit an application. After you submit you’ll be able to schedule a call to discuss if the Balance Blueprint Program is a good fit for you and ask any and all questions you might have about the program.

    If we both feel this is the right program for you we can take the next steps of outlining your goals and creating a roadmap for your journey!

    And if the Balance Blueprint isn’t right for you at this time - no stress! We can look at other ways of working together that would be best for where you’re at in your journey, or I can point you in a direction that I think would support you best.
